Moving on...
Let's talk dinner first, then breakfast, and lastly lunch...
No, I did not eat dinner as my first meal of the day.
...I always have a normal breakfast, no worries.
But seriously let's start this post with dinner from the other night, shall we?
After a round of butt kicking at the gym, I wanted dinner to be simple and fast. Hence the baked potato and simple brown sugar glazed carrots.
Dinner in less than 10 minutes?
...Yes, please!
Due to a quick doctor's appointment on Wednesday, I went into work about an hour late allowing me some time to meet my Dad for breakfast. A weekend breakfast on a workday?!
...Yes, please!
But before I had my glorious breakfast, I needed an extra early morning snack seeing as I was up with Auggie bright and early and had a few hours to spare before it was time to meet my Dad.
Enter black cherry Oikos greek yogurt with strawberries and blackberries alongside honey green tea.
Finally it was breakfast time...

Once noon came around it was time for lunch which was a quickie at my desk while numbaaa crunchin'...
A Lean Cuisine vegetable egg roll with jasmine rice (This was only ehh, and not worth the added sodium and preservatives...)
And lastly my afternoon snack of fresh strawberries and blackberries!
That's all folks.
A backwards food blog that started with dinner and ended with lunch.
