....I think the title of this post speaks for itself.
Yes, I went there. I used my Dutch Chocolate Peanut Butter in a traditional peanut butter cookie recipe and added M&M candies.
...The best part? I followed a cookie dough ball type recipe and did not use any eggs. This meant that I could A) eat the raw batter uncontrollably and B) under cook these babies slightly for a doughy & deliciously soft texture.
Pretty much these cookies knocked my socks off.
...And I am sure they would do the same for you!
Dutch Chocolate M&M Cookies
Ingredients:
2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. butter, softened
1 cup Dutch Chocolate Peanut Butter (Or any chocolate peanut butter would be fine too!)
¼ cup 1% milk
1 cup M&M candies
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. baking powder
¾ cup powdered sugar
¾ tsp. salt
Directions:
1. Mix butter, peanut butter, white sugar, powdered sugar, and vanilla well.
2. In a separate bowl, mix baking powder, baking soda, salt, and whole wheat flour.
3. Mix all together well. Add milk and M&M candies; chill dough in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
4. Roll into 1" size balls and bake at 375* on ungreased cookie sheet for 12-15 minutes. Makes 16-18 cookies!

The end result will be slightly-doughy-and-ubber-chocolaty cookies sent from the heavens above.
TRUST ME ON THIS ONE.
Peanut butter cookies are definitely one of my top three favorite cookies. The winner, however, is a traditional home-baked chocolate chip cookie dunked in milk.
...What's your favorite kind of cookie?

You just can't beat chocolate chip, but I am sure these are a close second.
